Bob Saganas, hailing from Limassol, Cyprus, is a multi-talented artist known for his prowess in songwriting, guitars, and bass.
Together with drummer Achilles Papagrigoriou, Bob Saganas has crafted his latest original single, “Grey Matter,” released on the 5th of July 2024 recorded at Ocean Studio Norway.
Influenced by Math Rock and Progressive Rock luminaries such as Polyphia, Charlie Robbins, Ichika Nito, and Steve Vai, Bob Saganas showcases a unique blend of musical styles in his music release.
Grey Matter was composed by Bob Saganas who also played the guitar and bass while Achilles Papagrigoriou was on the drums.
The inspiration behind this song came from Bob being a Medical Doctor Pathologist and at some point, studying the Grey matter, or brain matter in American English, which is a major component of the central nervous system,
He thought of composing a song which would be a real challenge for the brain to learn and play, though combining some of his favorite music styles a math rock and flamenco guitar.

How did the band come about?
The guitar tone is a blend of reamping as well as plugins at some more ambient and polyphonic guitar tracks in the song.
